In this 45 minute class you will perform a progressive series of exercises using your bodyweight, resistance bands & dumbells. Come prepared to work your upper & lower body plus all the core muscles finishing with a series of stretching and flexibility exercises. All fitness levels welcome!

Spring and Summer sessions

  

Jeanne Cutrona, dba Humble Hearts Yoga, is offering a spring 6-session yoga series, as well as a summer session, in the newly renovated NWH offices on Tuesday evenings. 


The 1-hour yoga sessions are geared to beginner and intermediate level. The classes will be gently paced, well cued, and provide modifications based on the individual needs of the participants. Jeanne’s instruction brings focus to the breath as she leads the class through a sequence of postures that enable strength and flexibility.

Spring Session 2: Tuesdays May 15, 22, 29, and June 5, 12, and 19

Summer Session: Tuesdays June 26, July 10 and 24, Aug 7 and 21


Details:

· Location: 13E Highland Circle, Needham, MA

· Class time: 7 – 8 pm 

· Cost: Spring Session 2 - $90 for the 6-week series; 

Summer Session - $75 for the 5-week series ($15 per class). 

· Payable in advance or no later than first session in the series, cash or check only. No refunds or exchanges.

· Students provide their own mat. 

· Class size limited to six students.
